OsteoStrong Lake Forest
It’s not a gym.
Here’s how it’s different.
A few seconds at each station.
About 10–15 minutes, once a week.
At OsteoStrong, you push against special machines for a few seconds at a time. Our team guides you through each step. The focus is your bones, muscles, balance and posture.
No workout clothes needed. No weights to pick up or put down.
Book My Complimentary SessionA simple way to think about it
Think of bone health like a savings account.
You build much of your bone strength when you’re young. As you get older, you may lose some of it. Taking care of your bones is like taking care of your savings—it’s something to keep working on.
Movement, good nutrition and your doctor’s advice all matter. OsteoStrong is another way to put a brief, controlled load on your bones and muscles.
This is a simple comparison, not a promise that OsteoStrong will increase your bone density.

How it’s different
Force numbers show what you do on the machines. They do not measure your bone density.

A few common questions
Good to know
Is OsteoStrong a gym?
No. You won’t find a traditional gym workout here. You use four special machines for short efforts, with our team guiding you.
What is osteogenic loading?
It means putting a load, or force, on your bones. At OsteoStrong, you do this by pushing against the Spectrum machines for a few seconds.
Do I still need to exercise?
Yes. Keep up the walking, strength training and other activities that are right for you. OsteoStrong does not replace regular exercise.
What if I have osteoporosis or osteopenia?
Talk with your doctor before starting, especially if you have had a fracture or have limits on your activity. OsteoStrong is not a medical treatment and does not claim to cure or reverse these conditions.
Do the machines check my bone density?
No. Your force numbers tell you how much you push. A medical bone-density scan is a different test, arranged through your healthcare provider.
How long is my first visit?
Plan on about 45 minutes. We’ll talk about your goals, show you around and explain the machines. Regular weekly sessions take about 10–15 minutes. Extra wellness services take more time.
Can I try it before I join?
Yes. Your first introductory session is complimentary. Come meet the team and see what it’s like.
